When casting a spell, as a bonus action, the druid adds +5 to hit, or increases the target DC to save by 5. Each use of this ability causes 1d4 damage to the caster.

Additionally, the spell caster can concentrate on one additional spell. Each spell cast beyond the first, causes 1d4 damage to the caster.

Damage the caster sustains from use of this ability does not break the caster's concentration.
