Crippling Master

When you gain this feat, you can do the Following:

• When you roll a critical hit on a weapon attack that deals bludgeoning or slashing, you can dislocate, if bludgeoning, or chop off, if slashing, a limb of your choice.
• You can, once daily, achieve a critical hit on a roll of 19 or 20.
