This technique has been passed down through legendary mages, wizards and other magic casters and is thought to be a lost art.
Grants the user "SimulCast" which allows for spells to cast twice simultaneously. For every currently known spell level, the user gains the following Twin Cast Spell Slots (TCSS) per spell level that are expended on a use of SimulCast. The duplicate spell is cast at the same level and has the same effects as the original. Should the spell require concentration, it shares concentration with the original. If concentration is dropped, the user may make an addition Constitution Save to maintain the duplicated spell.
