Prerequisite: The ability to cast at least one spell. Be in possession and attuned to the Sheath of Rage.
You learn to use your rage and grief to call on hellfire to serve your commands. When you gain this feat, you gain the following benefits:
- Spells you cast ignore resistance to fire damage. In addition, when you roll damage for a spell you cast that deals fire damage, you can treat any 1 on a damage die as a 2. At 11th level you can treat any 1 or 2 as a 3. At 17th level your flames treat immunity to fire as resistance.
You can also Rage with Hellfire twice per long rest.
- When you cast a spell that deals fire damage, as a bonus action, you can cause flames to wreathe you for 1 minute. The flames encircle you in a terrifying inferno, and your eyes glow white hot in fury. The flames don’t harm you or your possessions, and they shed bright light out to 30 feet and dim light for an additional 30 feet.
- While the flames are present, any creature within 5 feet of you, friend or foe, takes 2d4 fire damage. At 14th level they take 2d8 damage. Any melee attack against you while you are in this state has advantage.
- You gain resistance to fire, piercing, bludgeoning and slashing damage.
- However once you use this feature you must make a constitution saving throw with DC of 17 or take a point of exhaustion. If you use this feature twice and fail the Con save twice then you suffer two points of exhaustion.
