"I may be a moron, but that does not make me not smart!"

Sometimes the greatest ideas come from the unlikeliest of places. Occasionally the person who insists on consuming soup using a fork to eat a bowl of soup, can deduce the exact nature of a magical force-field and how to disable it more accurately than the resident Wizard. While the rest of their companions may be stunned in shock by the sudden arcane insight by the one who is currently wearing a Tea Cozy on their head. After convincing themselves that it is not a thing you use to keep a teapot warm, but actually just a fancy hat. The Idiot Savant is surprised that smarty pants over there doesn't know that force-fields are basically just like an Onion Ice Cream Sunday. If you want to get through it, first you strip away the many layers of the onion, then heat it up to melt the ice cream. I mean duh. Clearly you need to cut through the force-field with a hot knife. After deliberation, and to humor the suggestion, giving the idea a try. The party is astounded to see that the idea worked flawlessly, despite not knowing why it works, or how they managed to come up with that idea.

If any Ability Check using the INT score has a final value that is 0 or lower, (EX: after adding the negative INT modifier to the D20 Roll) that failed Ability Check immediately swaps to the equivalent rolling a Natural 20. However the insight into the solution must be nonsensical and come from a completely illogical line of thinking.
