This feat can only be acquired as a reward.
You must have at least 5 levels of warlock.
You have learned, or remembered, you patron's "Secret name" as such, you now hold power of them, not the other way around.
As such, you have gained them as a familiar, which takes a shape of your choice from the standard choices laid out in the "pact of the chain" warlock pact. You also immediately gain the "Chains of Carceri" and "Voice of the Chain Master" eldritch invocations, and the ability to swap your previously chosen invocations on a long rest, rather than on a level up like normal.
Once perday, and as an Action, you may also call upon your patron's power to fully restore all your warlock spell-slots, "once per long rest", and "once per day" abilities (except this one). Once you have done so, you must make a Charisma saving throw with a DC of 20 or 10 + your warlock level, whichever is higher. On a failure, your patron-familiar retreats to a demiplane to rest for 1d10 days and you lose ALL bonuses from this boon during that time.
