Githyanki Psionics, Expert

Your training has unlocked yet more of your innate psionic abilities. You gain the following:

• You can cast Levitate, requiring no components or spell slots, but only targeting yourself. Once you use this ability three times, you cannot do so again until you complete a long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability when you cast this spell.
• When you reach 14th level, you gain the ability to cast Plane Shift, requiring no components or spell slots. Once you use this ability, you cannot do so again until you complete a long rest. Intelligence is your spellcasting ability when you cast this spell.
