You have been afflicted with the curse of lycanthropy after being wounded by a wereboar, or one or both of your parents are wereboars. You are proficient with the lycanthrope’s natural attacks, such as its bite or claws, which deal damage as shown in your lycanthrope’s statistics. You can’t speak while in animal form.
You gain resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from nonmagical attacks that aren't silvered.
While in hybrid or animal form, you gain a devastating goring attack through which your curse is spread. Typically, a wereboar infects other creatures indiscriminately, relishing the fact that the more its victims resist the curse, the more savage and bestial they become.
While in hybrid or boar form, You gain a Strength of 17 if your score isn’t already higher, and a +1 bonus to AC (from natural armor). Attack and damage rolls for the tusks are based on Strength. For the Charge trait, the DC is 8 + your proficiency bonus + Strength modifier. Your movement speed becomes 40.
Shapechanger. The wereboar can use its action to polymorph into a boar-humanoid hybrid or into a boar, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
The Beast Within. Each time you transform into boar or hybrid form, you must make a wisdom saving throw when you revert to your true form. The DC for this save starts at 12, and increases by 2 each time you transform. On a failure, the DC resets and you enter into a blood rage.
Charge (Boar or Hybrid Form Only). If the wereboar moves at least 15 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with its tusks on the same turn, the target takes an extra 2d6 slashing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Tusks (Boar or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 slashing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with wereboar lycanthropy. The DC increases by 1 every time a target has to make this saving throw, but resets on a long rest. If you have extra attack (or similar abilities), only one can be made with tusks.
Relentless (Recharges on Long Rest, Boar or Hybrid form Only). If the wereboar takes damage or less that would reduce it to 0 hit points, it is reduced to 1 hit point and transforms back into its true form.
Moon's Gaze On the night of the full moon, the curse becomes too strong to resist. At moonrise and again each hour thereafter, you transform into boar or hybrid form and automatically enter a blood rage.
Blood Rage While in this state, you lose the ability to distinguish friend from foe and will attack the nearest creature to you. If there are no creatures near to you, you will search until you find one. The blood rage lasts for one minute or until you drop to zero hit points. Your DM may choose to take control of your character during this time. Once the blood rage ends, you gain a point of exhaustion.
