Unarmed Combat Expert

You've learned to utilize your fists and arms to make more powerful strikes and grapples. You gain the following benefits:

• On your turn, when you hit with an unarmed strike, and you are not wielding a weapon or shield, you may attempt to grapple one target within 5 ft. as a bonus action.
• Before you make a melee attack with your unarmed strike and you are not wielding a weapon or shield, you can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll. If the attack hits, you add +10 to the attack's damage.
