You know how to work a crowd.
When being spectated by an audience of 10 or more people, you can use your action to make a Charisma (Performance) check to try to win them over.
—
DC is at the DM’s discretion, but as a guide:
10+ people: DC 20
100+ people: DC 15
1000+ people: DC 10
Increase DC by 2 for every consecutive failure
—
On a success, the audience is on your side and you gain Audience’s Inspiration for 1 minute, which allows you to do 1 of 3 things on each of your turns:
1. You can make a Performance check (DC 10) to gain advantage on a single attack roll, ability check or saving throw.
2. You can use your reaction to heckle another creature as they make an attack roll, ability check or saving throw. You make a Performance check; if it beats their result, they automatically fail their roll.
3. You can use your bonus action to incite the audience to heckle another creature (or group of creatures) as they make an attack roll, ability check or saving throw. Make a Performance check; if it beats their result, they automatically fail their roll.
