Gift of the Death Weaver

The touch of a higher vampire has given you the gift of death. As a result, you gain the following benefits. 

• Choose to gain 4 points in intelligence or in wisdom. the one you choose will be the spellcasting modifier for the following spells. This increase can pass the maximum score limit.
• once per long rest, you may use the spell finger of death
• three times per long rest, you may use the spell raise dead or create undead
• you also gain the ability to determine whether any being you speak to is alive or dead via a sharp ding in your mind.
