Enhanced Metabolism

Your metabolism has become far slower than that of the average person, meaning you can deal with poisons far easier, subsist off of less food and water for far longer, and potions remain in your system twice as long. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You have resistance to Poison Damage and have advantage on saving throws made to avoid the Poisoned condition or to end the Poisoned condition on yourself..
• You require half as much food, and water per day as you normally require, and you can go twice as long without food or water before gaining levels of exhaustion.
• When you consume a potion, if its duration is less than 24 hours, its duration is doubled, to a maximum duration of 24 hours. (If a potion's duration doubled would be longer than 24 hours, its duration is just increased to 24 hours)
