-You gain Devil's Sight, granting Darkvision out to 120 feet, and allowing you to see in magical and non-magical darkness.
-You gain a permanent non-dispellable Arcane Eye in the form of a Black, Inky glyph. This functions in every way the "Arcane Eye" spell does, with the sole modification of permanency, and not needing to concentrate on it.
