This is a WEAKNESS feat, the dm or your backstory could inflict this on you to spur forward the story.
Something within you seems to be fighting against you, your body is being wracked with pain as this imbalance threatens to tear you asunder.
Periodically you must succeed a CON saving throw or risk blacking out momentarily (DC 10 for easy, dc 15 for moderate, dc 20 for hard, dc 25 for dangerous). This can cause you to be Blinded and Restrained for a Round (6 seconds) as your vision fades and you struggle against the pain. This immediately forces you to make Concentration checks on spells, (dc 10). These saving throws are used at the DM's discretion. The severity of this struggle should be discussed and agreed upon, as this could cause serious strife for the player.
