Cantrips to level 2 Lightning based spells and attacks deal half damage (gain resistance to lightning)

Roll a D20 on spells from 3-6 you are hit by,

on a 1-3 take full damage and you are stunned for one round

on 4-19 take half damage

on 20 take no damage and gain the effects of haste for one round or heal for half the damage taken

Roll a D20 on spells from 7-9 you are hit by,

on 1-6 take full damage and you are stunned until you can roll a constitution roll higher then the level of the spell cast

on 7-19 take half damage 

on a 20 take half damage and gain the effects of haste for one round or heal for half the damage taken
