Draconic wings V.2

Must be a dragon born and have a dex of thirteen.

You sprout draconic wings that grant a flying speed of 40 ft. but armor has to be custom made (double price) and if you end your turn in the air you slowly fall down to the ground. With these wings, you can only fly if you are below half-carrying capacity.
