Your body's Adrenal Glands have developed increased capacity to produce more Adrenaline at faster rates. In addition, you have gained greater control over your body's production of Adrenaline, allowing you to use it more effectively.
- Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You have a pool of Adrenaline Points equal to your Constitution Modifier.
- This pool resets to zero Adrenaline Points when you finish a short or long rest, or if you spend ten minutes without taking damage.
- The first time each turn that you take damage, you can spend your reaction to gain one Adrenaline Point. When you deal damage to a creature using a weapon attack or an unarmed strike, you can gain one Adrenaline Point. When you take the dodge, or dash actions, you can gain one Adrenaline Point. You cannot gain more than one Adrenaline Point per turn. (You can gain up to one Adrenaline Point on your turn when you take one of the above actions, then you can gain up to one Adrenaline Point on a hostile creature's turn if it deals damage to you)
- Once on each of your turns, one of your attacks with a weapon or an unarmed strike can deal an extra 1d6 damage to a target on a hit by spending two Adrenaline Points.
- When you take damage, you can use your reaction to reduce the damage you take by 1d10 + your proficiency bonus (to a minimum of 0 damage) at the cost of two Adrenaline Points.
