leeroy Jenkins

As a bonus action, before an encounter and as long as you are not surprised, you shout "Leeroy Jenkins" at the top of your lungs. Everyone rolls Initiative but you will always be first on the initiative no matter what. Enemy creatures can not be surprised when you take this bonus action. Other party members including NPCs who are not hidden are spotted and those who are hidden must make a stealth saving throw against enemy's passive perpetration.

To use this feat again, you must visit a shine of Leeroy or make a prayer at an alter to Moradin.
