When you are rolling to hit with a melee attack if you succeed in killing the enemy you may continue to attack an enemy adjacent to the first one and so forth. This feat has no use cap and can be used as many times per round as possible. If for example, an enemy is to the left of the first one and a second enemy is behind that first one you could only go left to right and not forwards and backward. If you wish to do that see the feat "blade charge".
