Disadvantage: Phobia, Severe

The character has a severe phobia of something specific, this can be a creature, a thing, a sound, darkness, light, whatever, but it is severe, when subject to what they are afraid of they have the following hindrances.

• The character must make a wisdom save DC:20 or be frightened, this ignores any immunity to being frightened, they are just too stricken when presented with their fear.
• The character has disadvantage on all rolls while they are subject to their fear.
• If the source of the character fear touches them in any way (attacking does count) then the character must make a con save dc:20 or be frightened stiff, considered paralyzed until the end of their next turn.
