The character has a deadly fear of something and suffer the following hindrances.
- The character must make a Wisdom save DC:22 or be frightened and flee for 1d6 rounds, at the end of which they make another save, if they fail again, they run another 1d6 rounds, and keep repeating this till they succeed.
- The character has disadvantage on all rolls while subject to their source of fear.
- The character can literally run themselves to death, additionally if the source of their fear touches them (attacking does count), they make a Constitution save dc:10, if they fail, they immediately have a heart attack and drop to 0 hp, losing 1 death save instantly.
- Even if the character makes their initial save, they are still considered frightened, but don't immediately flee.
- While fleeing, the character is hysterical and does not care where it runs, where it goes is chosen at random or by DM. (Will always run away from the source of their fear.)
