Your sorcerers blood line give you the power over blood belonging to both you and others. have you opponent make a (CON)save, on a failed save the target takes 4d4+4 necrotic damage as there blood is ripped from their bodies, and you or one ally heals the damage taken (NOTE: healing yourself is a 1:1 ratio, while healing others is double the health points). on a success, the target takes half as much damage and there is no healing. some people like to keep their blood inside of them.
