You have a bladder that doesn't hold up for more than around 30 minutes and a back that causes you pain if you move too fast. You gain the following benefits problems:

• If you move more than 30feet in a single round or climb anything taller than 5 feet, you take 1D4 lumbago damage and spend your next turn incapacitated and clutching your lower back in pain. Any restoration spell or potion ends this effect, as does any hard liquor.
• You almost always need the bathroom.
• You must declare that you are taking a bathroom break every 30 in-game minutes or suffer disadvantage on stealth checks for 12 hours.
