Creatures with strong connections to the Weave of magic itself have been known to forcibly use magic beyond their capabilities.
As an action, you can draw upon the surrounding magic in the air and force it through you. Allowing you the ability to cast a spell of a level that you can cast, that's casting time is 1 action or 1 bonus action. Using this ability takes a heavy toll on your body.
When you attempt to forcibly use magic, you suffer 1d10 necrotic damage per spell level (This damage can't be reduced or prevented in any way) as well as half the spells level in levels of Exhaustion rounded up. (example: casting a 7th level spell would give you 4 levels of Exhaustion).
This ability can only be used when all spell slots of the desired spells level and above are expended.
