Bodily Qi

Requirements: Martial Classes only.

Description: Bodily Qi is the natural life force that radiates from the body. With special training, you have learned to access your Dantian and covert it into an energy center that can store the body's vital energy. You gain a Qi pool equal to half of your character level(Rounding Down)(Maximum of +10) + Constitution modifier + your Proficiency Bonus. Each use of your Qi counts as a full action, and it takes 1 short rest to recover all lost Qi-Points.

You gain the following benefits:

• Qi Burst: Expend 3 Qi Points to heal 1d10+Con Mod.
• Qi Enhancement: Expend 3 Qi Points to deal 1d extra of your damage dice next turn.
• Qi Pulse: Expend 3 Qi Points to heal ally 1d10+Con Mod+Profiecency Bonus.
• Qi Sacrifice: You can risk permanently sacrificing 1 Qi Point to temporarily boost one stat by +4 for the duration of a single battle. This ability can not be stacked and the Qi that is sacrificed is gone forever unless you make a DC25 Constitution Save. After the battle, if you have no remaining Qi, you will lose consciousness.
