By taking this feat you gain the ability to concentrate on two spells at once with two restrictions. First, while concentrating on two spells you cannot cast any other spells or cantrips without dropping concentration. Second, you cannot concentrate on two spells which have the same spell tags for example you can concentrate on haste and hunters mark, but you cannot concentrate on haste and bless because both have the "buff" spell tag. When making concentration checks you must make one concentration check for each spell you are concentrating on.
Something of this nature is innately overpowered, however, I feel the restrictions of not casting any other spells and being unable to concentrate on spells with the same spell tag is ample enough to make it balance. The restrictions also encourage player creativity as they attempt to find new and interesting combinations, and this also serves as a significant buff to Gishes which tend to be heavily reliant on concentration effects.
