Prerequisite: roll a D100 at Lvl 1, Lvl 5, Lvl 10, Lvl 15, and Lvl 20. If you roll an 80 or higher you unlock your Conqueror Haki.
This is the rarest type of Will, with supposedly only 1 in every 1 million people being born with this latent form of Will. It allows the user to exert his or her will onto those around them, causing them to pass out or worse.
Lvl 1. You've unlocked your Will of the King. You can exert your will on those around you to impose advantage on all charisma checks made by you, or disadvantage on any checks they must make.
