Innate Spellcaster

Prerequisite: 9th level and at least 13 in whatever spellcasting ability you choose

Choose a spellcasting class. You can learn a number of cantrips from that spellcaster's list of spells equal to half your spellcasting ability mod (rounded up). Additionally, you can learn the same number of 1st level spells from that same list. You can cast those spells without expending a spell slot.

All of the spells and cantrips you know must be from the same spellcasting class. The spellcasting ability for them is whatever it would normally be for that class. (Bard = charisma, wizard = intelligence, etc.)
