Energy Channeled

You control the arcane energy that flows through you and your allies. You gain the following benefits:

• As an action, you may channel your spell slots into a creature you can see and they gain a spell slot equal to the one you expend, additionally, as a bonus action, you may channel spells through touching a creature, giving them a spell slot equal to the one you expend.
• When targeted by a spell attack or spell effect (that only targets you) and the attack misses or you make the save you may as a reaction absorb the spell energy and regain a spell slot equal to the one cast, if no empty slot is available at that level the next lowest available slot is regained. You may only regain spells slots through this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, resetting on a long rest.
