A shapeshifting ability exclusive to those who were part of and fought for the 'Ironmuncher' - clan of the Iliari orcs during its several conflicts with their human neighbours and survived the following carnage inflicted upon all orc clans that were part of the coalition that fought in those wars. The orc transforms itself through a demonic pact with the demonic being residing underneath their home-mountain and becomes an orang-utan-like large ape with black skin and the orc's haircolour as the colour for its hide. It can barely recognize friend from foe and control its newfound, raw might even when the shapeshifting orc has a strong mind and is martially trained.

The subject of this transformation triples it's size whereas it needs 20 ft² to comfortably stand. Strength, dexterity and constitution become 20 for the duration of the transformation. Intelligence, wisdom and charisma become 5. Physical Damage dealt while in this form is doubled. Ability checks related to physical actions are at advantage. Max hitpoints is temporarily doubled and you gain that many hitpoints. Every round in combat (or 6 seconds outside of it), a CHA saving throw has to be made versus a DC of 10. If it fails, a quarter of the max hitpoints during that round is dealt as psychic damage to the transformed orc. Also the orc loses sense of who is friend and foe, and has to attack the closest / most threatening creature for that round. The orc can't transform back from this form unless it succeeds in this CHA saving throw.

Using this feat renders it unusable untill after a d6 - CHA modifier amount of long rests. During this period, all CHA and WIS saving throws are at disadvantage. If the orc is over 35 years old, a CON saving throw versus a DC of 10 has to be made after every short or long rest. If it fails, the orc takes d8 + PC lvl psychic damage and its max hit points are reduced by d4 + PC lvl untill the next constitution saving throw for this feat succeeds (after another short or long rest). If it fails again, damage and hit point reduction is stacked.
