While your character wears no armor, your AC is:

Str mod + Dex mod + Con mod + Int mod + Wis mod + Cha mod divided by 2 added to the natural 10. (Negatives do count towards the total amount)

ex: all stats are a +2 mod; ((2+2+2+2+2+2)/2) + 10 = AC16

You can still use a shield with this feat, but you lose any bonuses from racial natural armors and any class "Unarmored defense".

You also get to add half your proficiency bonus to all non-proficient saving throws. Ignore decimals.
