You excel at throwing things.
- Increase your Strength or Dexterity score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You are proficient with weapons with the Thrown property. Weapons you are proficient with that do not have the Thrown property have the Thrown property for you. Light weapons have a range of 20 feet and a long range of 60 feet. Heavy weapons have a range of 10 feet and a long range of 30 feet. Other weapons have a range of 15 feet and a long range of 45 feet.
When you take the Attack action, in place of one of your attacks, you can throw a Large or smaller creature in combat. The creature's range and damage die are shown in the table below.
| Creature Size | Damage DIe |
|---|---|
| Tiny | 1d4 + STR or DEX |
| Small | 1d6 + STR or DEX |
| Medium | 1d8 + STR |
| Large | 1d10 + STR |
Instead of using the damage die, the creature can use its reaction to make a melee weapon attack. You can attempt to throw a creature one size larger than you. If you do so, you make the attack roll with disadvantage. A creature that is unwilling to be thrown must first be grappled by you before you can throw it.
