Heavy Weapon Master

The heavy weapon master has strengthened his body and refined his technique to the point where he can wield a heavy weapon in one hand. 
Restriction: Only one heavy weapon may be wielded by a person. The off hand may hold a shield, any weapon with the light property, or be used to complete one handed actions.
