Prerequisite: Strength 13 or higher.
 

You’ve developed a specialized set of martial skills. You gain the following benefits:

  • Become as Grass. When you are prone, you can expend your reaction to counter some of the effects of the prone condition until the beginning of your next turn. Attacks made against you at melee range do not have advantage, and you do not have disadvantage on your melee attacks.
  • Become as Vines. You can attempt to grapple a creature as a bonus action.
  • Become as Roots. You have advantage on attack rolls against a creature you are grappling.
  • Become as Soil. You can use your action to try to trip a creature. To do so, the target must make a Dexterity saving throw. If it fails, it is knocked prone.
  • Become as Stone. You can use your action to try to shove a creature grappled by you. To do so, the target must make a Strength saving throw. If it fails, you can push it up to half your movement. if there is an immovable object (a tree, a wall, etc.) within range, you can push the target into it, dealing 1d10+5  Bludgeoning damage per 10 feet.
  • Become as Wind. You can make your shove attack with a -5 to hit. On a success, the target automatically fails its Strength save, and you can throw it a number of feet equal to 1d4 plus your strength score.
  • Become as Storm. If you throw a creature into another creature, that creature must make a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. Both creatures take 1d10 Bludgeoning damage.
