Fire Fighter

You are an expert in manipulating fire, granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Once per turn, when you deal fire damage to an enemy, they will move 10 feet in a random direction.
• When you score a critical hit on the attack or the target gets a critical fail on the saving throw, they catch on fire. When on fire, the target takes 1d4 fire damage per spell level at the start of each of its turns and is frightened. A creature can end this damage and condition by using its action to make a DC 10 Dexterity check to extinguish the flames.
