Freezer

You are practiced in the art of freezing your enemies, granting you the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Once per turn, when you deal cold damage to a creature, its move speed is reduced by 10 feet. 
• When you score a critical hit on the attack or the target gets a critical fail on the saving throw, the target is frozen solid, rendering them stunned until the end of your next turn or until they take fire damage.
