Boon of Prima Materia

This Boon allows you to ignore material components needed for spells, unless those components are what the spell is operating upon. For example, one could forego the costly jade circlet associated with the Shapechanging spell, but one could not similarly forego the raw materials acted on by the Fabricate spell.
