You have grown so close to your draconic bloodline that you are able to live as a golden dragon full time. Once per day you may choose to assume the form of a young gold dragon. You can spend 1 minute to revert to your humanoid form but cannot then enter your young dragon form again until the next day.

You maintain the hit points of your humanoid form and should you drop to 0 hit points you revert to your humanoid form and are unconscious. Other than your hit points, your game statistics, including mental ability scores, are replaced by the statistics of a young gold dragon. You are limited in the actions you can perform by the nature of your new form. You retain your alignment and personality.

Your gear melds into your young gold dragon form. You can't activate, use, wield, or otherwise benefit from any of its equipment.
