Prerequisite: Must have met a Flumph
Choos one ability score. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase the chosen ability score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You may gain one proficiency in a skill, language, or tool. Can not result in expertise.
- You may attempt to feel the emotions of target creature, they may willing fail or attempt to resist. If a target resists it must succeed a DC wisdom spell save.
