Prerequisite: At least a 13 or above in Charisma.
You are someone who can talk to people and gain their trust easily. You are a very charming person, so charming in fact people want to tell their desire whatever it may be. When asking someones desire its all in how you word it. You want to know something specific ask them but you might not get the answer you wanted...
- Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- You must say "What is it you desire?" otherwise this feat does not work!
- You have advantage on Charisma (Deception) and Charisma (Persuasion) checks when trying to ask what someones desires.
- What someone desires is sometimes what you do not desire so whatever someone says may or may not help you.
- DM's should be straightforward when saying an npc's desire but if the npc has nothing to do with what your players are asking the DM may give a desire that has to deal with the npc that they are speaking as. For Example your players are talking to a baker and they think that the baker has information that they need but you know as the DM that the baker has nothing so you say "I desire to be the worlds best baker." or "I want to bake the greatest cake!".
- If you succeed your Deception/Persuasion check your target becomes charmed when you say "What is it you desire?" and after they answer your question whether it be a single word or a whole sentence the charm ends and they become aware they have been charmed but you have a chance to sway them from realizing they have been charmed by YOU. Roll a d20 adding your charisma mod and deception score.
- If you are confused on how this feat works please refer to google and searching Lucifer and watch a video on how he uses the feat... You will understand what I mean.
