You are a skilled foreman and can guide workers and operations efficiently through mentorship, planning, and organization.

• Increase your Intelligence or Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can form a Task Force to accomplish a work objective focusing on quality or speed. If you are proficient in the skills or tools being applied, the Task Force gains an enhancement while working on the objective. The Task Force size is limited to 3 times your level (persons). The work objective should could include anything from building battlefield fortifications to counting coins in a banking center, but should include some form of labor.
  • Task Force members focused on quality may roll advantage on rolls with any skill or tool use applied to the objective.
  • Task Force members focused on speed may roll normally but complete the objective in half the time. (Note, exceptional facilities may still also grant advantage to these rolls.)
  • You may work while leading a Task Force. You gain the effects of quality or speed on skills applied to the objective, provided one of the Task Force members is also proficient. 
  • Whenever work toward the objective is disrupted (labor disputes, accidents, supply shortage, etc.), you gain advantage with skills or tool use toward resolving the disruption.
