Goliath Warhorn

You possess an old warhorn, passed down by your great-great-great-grandfather Oogabooga the Third that ancient Goliaths of your tribe once used to call upon their allies in battle. You, having an affinity with Gnomish creatures, can use the horn to summon their kind to aid you.

• As an action, you can blow the warhorn, summoning 1d4 - 1 (minimum of 0) Forest Gnomes which last until they die or otherwise leave your service. You can only have a maximum of 3 Forest Gnomes summoned by this feature at any given time. Once you use this action, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
• Gnomes summoned by this feature consider you a friendly ally, however will require either a successful Intimidation or Persuasion check to issue a command they find unfavorable, as they tend to remain true to their good alignment. The gnomes are not compelled to follow your commands but will follow any order they find reasonable or favorable. Unless convinced otherwise, they will try to help you when they can, so long as it does not put them in immediate danger or go against their beliefs.
• You have advantage on Charisma checks with non-hostile Gnomish creatures. Additionally, non-hostile Gnomish creatures typically regard you in a friendly manner.
