You can replace your proficiency in one saving throw with another whenever you finish a short or long rest. To do so, choose one of your saving throw proficiencies, then choose a saving throw that you are not proficient in. You gain proficiency in saves using that ability, replacing the first proficiency. This change lasts until you finish your next short or long rest.
