Through empowerment by the Cepheus tattoo placed upon a Warlock's body, the power of a King is imparted, granting the Warlock access to the Command Spell. The warlock may perform the Command Spell once per Short Rest without expending a spell slot, and uses afterward take a spell slot as normal.
