You have been blessed by the god of life, dawn, and light, Lathander. He embraces you and recognizes you as his child, and you gain the powers of his followers.
When you receive this gift, if you have no levels in the Cleric class, roll 1d2. On a 1, you gain features from the Light Domain subclass. On a 2, you gain features from the Life Domain subclass.
If you already have levels in the Cleric class and have chosen either the Life or Light Domain, you receive features from the other.
If you have picked a different domain than the two listed above, follow the rules stated in the second paragraph.
If the Life Domain is gifted upon you, you gain the Disciple of Life class feature and the Channel Divinity: Preserve Life class feature. If you already have access to the Channel Divinity class feature, you now have 1 extra charge of Channel Divinity.
If the Light Domain is gifted upon you, you gain the Warding Flare class feature and the Channel Divinity: Radiance of the Dawn class feature. If you already have access to the Channel Divinity class feature, you now have 1 extra charge of Channel Divinity.
