Enhanced Deflect Missiles (Neo)

Once per long rest, Neo can engage enhanced deflect missile.

For one minute, your deflect missiles does not cost a reaction and you may deflect arcane (acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage) spell attacks.

You may not throw back the missile UNLESS: 1) it is from a ranged weapon; or, 2) you spend your reaction and a ki point.

At the end of the minute you gain one point of exhaustion.
