Once per two long rests, both Elmar and Rhaast can cast this feat to each concentrate on a spell simultaneously; to others, it appears as though Elmar is concentrating on two spells at once. The feat ends when concentration has been lost on both spells (or when the spells end).
When you have the ability to cast this feat (and also while it is not in use), your hexblade deals 2d10+modifier. When the feat is active and while you wait for it to come back off cooldown, your hexblade deals 1d10+modifier.
