Attacks with bladed weapons can occasionally be done from any angle, leading to otherwise impossible flourishes to otherwise normal strikes. (Proficiency + Dexterity) / 2 for number of cuts, with slashes only available on one successful blade attack per turn.

Saving Throws use Constitution equal to the user's Dexterity + Proficiency + 8 <+10 at level 10>

Damage dice start at d4 and go up by one dice size at 4th, 7th, 10th, 15th levels.
