
Once per long rest, you may consume the heart or liver of a freshly slain foe, granting you a portion of your fallen enemies power. You gain an effect lasting for up to 1 day, however, the effect is lost after completing a long rest, and you may not gain more than one of these effects at a time. Effects are based on the race or type of enemy from the list below:
Dwarf- You gain resistance against Poison damage.
Elf- You gain advantage on Perception checks.
Halfling- You gain the "Lucky" trait.
Human- You gain +1 to your highest ability score.
Dragonborn- You gain resistance to the damage type associated with the enemies dragon type.
Gnome- You gain advantage on all ability checks for Tools you know how to use.
Half-Elf- You gain advantage on all ability checks for skills you are proficient in.
Half-Orc- You gain advantage on Intimidation checks.
Tiefling- You gain resistance against Fire damage.
Drow- You gain the "Darkvision" trait.
Aberration- You gain advantage on all Wisdom checks.
Beast- You gain advantage on all Strength checks.
Celestial- You gain advantage on all Charisma checks.
Dragon- Without wearing armor, your AC cannot be lower than 13 + your Dexterity modifier.
Fey- You gain advantage on Persuasion checks.
Fiend- You gain advantage on saving throws against all spells and other magical effects.
Giant- You gain advantage on all Constitution checks.
Gnoll- You gain advantage on all checks which rely on hearing or smell.
Goblinoid- You gain advantage on Stealth checks.
Kobold- You gain advantage on attack rolls against wounded enemies.
Lizardfolk- You may hold your breath for up to 10 minutes.
Orc- You may take Dash as a bonus action, ONLY when moving to make a melee attack.
Monstrosity- When making a melee attack against a single target, you may attack twice.
Conducting the proper rites to prepare and consume your enemy must be done outside of combat and will take 10 minutes. Consuming enemies of your own race does not grant any effect. Elementals or non-corporeal enemies, the Undead, or otherwise rancid or putrid enemies, or enemies which do not posses organs, cannot be consumed in this manner.
