As a reaction, when a creature within half your movement speed is hit by an attack or spell you can move towards a creature, taking its place in order to take the hit yourself instead. The creature you swap places with moves 5 feet towards any direction of your choice, away from harm. As part of this reaction you can use any reaction abilities you have to reduce the damage (Deflect Missiles and Asborb Elements for example). You can use this reaction a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest
